In addition, there is various documentation that needs to be completed in connection with obtaining No Fault benefits and there are documents that are required by the Motor Vehicle Department in regard to how the accident occurred. These documents should not be completed without the assistance of an attorney. The insurance companies will frequently try to contact the injured party before the injured party has an attorney. No one should be speaking to an insurance company without the assistance of counsel and for these reasons, I urge you to please contact us as soon as possible after the accident occurs.
