MR. ZUCKER: We know before we start the lawsuit that we've got our expert and we know we have a strong case, we know what the issues in the case are, and we’re prepared to go forward before we even start the lawsuit we’re prepared to go forward to trial on it. We've established a rapport with physicians in all different areas of medicine and it’s rare that a client comes to me that I can't call a physician in a particular area of medicine, and relate the history that the client gave to me, and at least get a preliminary opinion from a doctor as to whether there's a basis for a claim in that case. We have found it very helpful in the trial, especially in medical malpractice cases, to have medical illustrations done by professional medical artists showing the various parts of the anatomy that are involved in the particular case so that the jury can envision and understand what's involved. The old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words I think definitely holds true in medical malpractice cases where if you're talking about a gall bladder, or a liver, or an appendix, the jury can actually see it. We also find it very helpful to blow up the medical records so that the jury can follow along with the medical records as they're read by the witness at the trial. The jury can read right along with it. We enlarge these records, we have them mounted, we put them on easels. Oftentimes and invariably what we’ll do in any event is get the medical records and before bringing a lawsuit we’ll get the medical records over to a doctor. It will be a doctor who specializes in whatever area of medicine is involved. We’ll get an opinion from that doctor after the doctor reviews the records as to whether there's a basis for claim.
